Case Summary

I created a responsive and visually appealing landing page for Michelle using Framer as the primary platform. The project required a balance of efficient design and technical execution to meet tight deadlines and frequent content updates.

Challenges

The project presented two key challenges:

Learning Framer on the Job: I was unfamiliar with the Framer platform, so I had to quickly learn its features, such as applying effects, building components, and troubleshooting edge cases.

Frequent Content Changes: Michelle frequently updated the content, making it difficult to finalize layouts and requiring flexibility in design decisions.

Process

1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborated with Michelle to understand her vision and define key features.

2. Learning Framer: Quickly mastered the platform through tutorials and resources, focusing on animations and interactions.

3. Design System Creation: Built styles, reusable components, and layouts directly in Framer for consistency and efficiency.

4. Iterative Development: Designed and developed the page in real-time, adapting to frequent content updates.

5. Client Collaboration: Maintained clear communication, incorporated feedback, and provided UX recommendations to enhance the user experience.

Result

Despite the learning curve and evolving content, I successfully completed the landing page for Michelle within just one week, delivering a polished and functional website that met her expectations.
